By purchasing and downloading a web template from Dan's Dynamic Web Templates
you have agreed to the following License Agreement:
The web templates may be used for your own and/or your clients' websites,
but you may not put them on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium
and offer them for redistribution or resale without permission from Dan
Song Lam.
The templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any
kind, either expressed or implied. You are responsible for adding or editing
your website's content (e.g. pictures, photos, and text) to the template
yourself.
The templates shall not be used for websites with illegal contents.
You understand that Dan's Dynamic Web Templates is not responsible for
the content, quality or merchantability of any information, product or
service offered herein and the user must assume full responsibility to
evaluate independently the accuracy, completeness, quality and usefulness
of any information or other content.
You are only granted one-time-use license for each template. Warning:
If you are using our templates to design websites for your commercial
clients, it is wise to let your clients know in advance that you'll use
pre-made templates for their projects. You do not want your clients to
be surprised when he/she might see a similar layout design on the net,
since you do not want to be sued by your clients.
